Sustainable Happiness
Sustainable Happiness is happiness that contributes to individual, community and/or global well-being and does not exploit other
people, the environment, or future generations.
Active travel is a good example of sustainable happiness because it is light on the earth, increases personal health and well-being, and contributes to a sense of community.
